Randy has been the power lifters for 6 years. When he started, he also got heavily into powerlifting. Over the past 6 years he has pushed myself physically to places he never thought he could go. This experience has shaped his views on training and coaching holistically. In the past 6 years he has competed multiple times, have held multiple state records across two different weight classes, and have had the opportunity to become more involved in the USPA.

​During his time at FitBuddy, he had the opportunity to successfully coach many people. Most are young athletes ranging from the ages of 15-25. his scope of training has been geared towards football, basketball, track, wrestling, and powerlifting.
