Small group training is NOT a “boot camp.” The expression alone brings to mind random exercises far too advanced for the majority of people in the group, increasing the likelihood that their overzealousness will overcome their bodies’ ability to recover. With this, plateaus and increased chance of injuries will be inevitable. Simultaneously, the instructor screams highly informational, scientifically based instructions such as “TWELVE MORE!” and “COME ON, MAN UP!”

Welcome to FitBuddy's HIIT training course. HIIT is a short form of high intensive interval training. High intensity interval training (HIIT) has the fitness industry buzzing because of its potential to torch maximum calories in a minimum amount of time. The idea is that you do short periods of all-out work followed by short periods of active rest to make the body work harder than it does during steady-state cardio. By having those rest intervals, you spend more time in the upper end of aerobic capacity, whereas you wouldn’t be able to do that if you tried to do 10 minutes of really high-intensity exercises. It’s going to have positive physiological adaptations, including improved fat buring, insulin sensitivity, and skeletal muscle oxidation. Click the button below to register this course.

Welcome to FitBuddy's Tabata training course. Tabata training consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It may only take four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes may well push your body to the exhausting level. This training style originated from a 1996 study in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise authored by Izumi Tabata. The study found that intense, four-minute workouts done five days a week for six weeks improved VO2 max and anaerobic energy supply system. The shorter the workout, the more intense it will be. Nowadays, the Tabata method is often used in sessions lasting longer than four minutes, making those workouts Tabata adaptations. If you are interested , click the button below to register.
